I started The Linen Studio because, as a local host myself, I spent too many afternoons worrying if my laundry would be ready for a 2PM check-in, or if the massage oils from the morning's spa session would ever truly come out of the towels.

I realised that standard "bulk" laundries didn't understand the high standards of the hospitality industry. They use cold water and generic detergents that leave linens grey and stiff.
